Last week, the Carle Place Key Club and Builders Club had a food drive throughout the school to benefit the local pantry located at Our Lady of Hope Church. In the high school, Ms. Buffalino’s 7th period class collected the most cans. In the middle school, Mr. Thiem’s 8th period class and Mrs. Tully’s 8th period class triumphed. Key Club and Builders Club members volunteered at Our Lady of Hope when the drive was completed.  Their volunteer work included sorting the items collected to help the pantry workers prepare for Thanksgiving food baskets for those in need.
