Captain America: The First Avenger

Captain America: The First Avenger was released on July 19, 2011. This movie takes place during World War II, and is about a rejected soldier named Steve Rogers who takes a dose of a “Super-Soldier Serum” causing him to turn into Captain America. Captain America has its challenges because he has to take down a war monger and terrorist organization. Captain America: The First Avenger stars Chris Evans as Captain America, Hugo Weaving as Red Skull, Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter, and Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes. I give this movie a 5 out of 5 star rating because I enjoy the time period it takes place in, there are funny parts, and unlike many other Marvel movies, you don’t have to watch any other movies to understand this one. It also mainly took place during a time period that interests me, World War II. I highly recommend that you watch this movie because it is one of the only Marvel movies that you can watch without having to watch other Marvel movies.
