Carle Place High School decorated to send off our seniors

Hana Zhang, Editor-in-chief

Crossroads would like to dedicate this story to our seniors. They have experienced  so much throughout their four years of high school. Although their senior year got cut off short, the Carle Place community came together to celebrate their new beginnings.

On Friday, May 29th, a car parade was planned for the Class of 2020. The seniors decorated their cars to show off CPHS spirit and to show their pride for their future schools. The staff and onlookers watched with teary eyes as the seniors drove by, who were waving and blasting music from their cars.

We asked seniors to share their favorite memories during their time at Carle Place High School, and their future plans. Here are their responses:

DANIELLE GRIMA

Anytime our class had a banner meeting for homecoming, it was always really fun! Whether it was during summer or after school, I loved painting things and hanging out with people I normally wouldn’t have. It was especially exciting freshmen year when it was the first time I participated as a class officer. “
